Short and sweet or all day, you decide. We’ll scale to fit your schedule and dream agenda. Message us and let’s plan it together.
After booking, simply send your designs 48 hours before your workshop and we’ll prepare everything.

On the day
Just show up & tuft! Grab a drink and pick your colours from our yarn wall, then we’ll give you tips for the top tuft.
After your workshop, we glue and finish your rug. Collect them later, or have them delivered to you for a small fee.
Let your brand stand out
Bring your brand event to life with a mobile tufting pop-up station.
Invite your guests to collaborate on a collective piece, whether it’s working on your logo or a custom design.
It’s so unique, they won’t be able to help but capture and share.

Arrive, get a drink and settle in. We’ll have your designs already transferred to the tufting frame so you can start right away.

Learn about tufting and start tufting your first trial lines. Once we give you the thumbs up, you can start tufting your design.

Enjoy tufting and getting into the zone. We’ll finish off with a light shave of your rug and take a group photo!

Grab a pizza and celebrate your creativity with a drink. Have it delivered to our studio or explore some of the best restaurants in Winsviertel, just a few steps away.

While you fondly remember your time together, we’ll glue and finish off your artwork. Pick it up or have it delivered for a small fee.
Frequently asked questions

Costs depend on your agenda and what size rug you’d like to make. For example, we can customise your experience anywhere between a 25 × 25cm rug for 100 Euro per person to a large 50 × 50cm rug for 200 Euro.
Pop-ups are priced on the size of the rug, event requirements and the amount of hours needed.

The bigger your design, the more freedom you have to play with detail. For smaller sizes, keep it simple and graphic (think an emoji).
Our design guidelines have some good examples.

We host up to 14 people at a time in our studio, where each person creates their own rug.
We can also create a custom tufting experience for more people where each person takes turns collaborating on a single piece. Great for brand activations and office parties!

Send a message and let’s find a date together that suits you.

We bring the studio to you, including tufting guns, frames, and a selection of yarns. All we need from your venue is a sturdy table and access to a power supply.
For high-traffic events, we specialise in collaborative tufting. Guests receive a quick introduction and contribute a few lines to a shared piece. By the end of the day, you’re left with a completed, custom-tufted rug to keep as a memento of the event.
